We’re looking for a skilled HubSpot Specialist to design, implement, and manage marketing, sales, and service workflows using the HubSpot platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CRM customization, workflow automation, and integration with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify) and/or insurance lead generation funnels.

You’ll play a critical role in setting up efficient systems that enhance user experience, support customer journeys, and increase overall operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and manage HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Content, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Set up automation workflows, email campaigns, sequences, and chatbots based on client needs.
• Integrate HubSpot with Shopify to support e-commerce customer journeys, order tracking, and retargeting.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and lead scoring systems to track performance and funnel health.
• Ensure data cleanliness and integrity across the platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, sales, developers, and support teams.
• Implement workflows for insurance and healthcare client onboarding and communication.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA when needed).
• Document configurations, automation logic, and integration steps for scaling.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub).
• Proven experience building workflows, email automations, forms, and lead scoring systems.
• Familiarity with Shopify integrations using HubSpot tools and APIs.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and remarketing strategies for insurance and/or healthcare.
• Technical proficiency with JavaScript, REST APIs, and data integration tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
