Job Title: Automation Developer (Go High Level, VAPI, n8n)
Location: Remote (Open to international applicants)
Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM CST)
Salary: $1,200 USD/month

--About the Role--
ClientHarbor is looking for a full-time Automation Developer to build and maintain our backend systems using Go High Level (GHL), VAPI.ai, and n8n. You’ll be responsible for deploying CRM systems, onboarding flows, AI voice workflows, and reporting dashboards that power high-performance businesses — all without writing full code.

This is a full-time, fully remote role with an immediate start.

--What You’ll Do--
Deploy GHL snapshots with full CRM pipelines, tagging, and automations

Automate onboarding for new users via webhooks + n8n

Set up AI voice calling systems using VAPI and Chatdash

Ensure compliance with A2P 10DLC messaging regulations

Build internal dashboards for onboarding, lead tracking, and AI performance

Create and optimize AI workflows and prompt logic

Troubleshoot and maintain automations across GHL, n8n, and VAPI

Document systems in SOPs and help train future team members

--Requirements--
3–5 years of experience in automation or systems development

2+ years experience with:

Go High Level (CRM & SaaS Mode)

VAPI.ai (AI Voice Setup)

n8n (No-code workflows + webhooks)

Familiarity with Zapier, Chatdash, Stripe, Airtable, and webhook tools

Able to work 9 AM–5 PM CST Monday–Friday

Strong written and spoken English

Willing to attend video meetings with the team (camera on)

Basic coding (JavaScript, Python, API scripting)

Knowledge of prompt engineering or conversational AI

Experience building reporting dashboards in Airtable or GHL
