Cold Caller + Marketing VA (Expert Level)

Palmetto Facilities Group is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in South Carolina, USA. We’re expanding fast and looking for a full-time expert VA to drive new business through cold calling, lead generation, and basic digital marketing.

 What You’ll Do (Full Scope)

Lead Generation & Outreach
• Build and manage your own B2B lead lists (via Google, directories, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Make 60–80 cold calls/day using provided scripts
• Qualify prospects and book walk-through appointments
• Send follow-ups by email/text and log activity in our Notion CRM

Marketing & Campaign Support
• Schedule and repost content on Facebook, Google Business, and Instagram (3–5x/week)
• Send review requests to customers after services are completed
• Track lead source (campaign, social media, referrals) in Notion

Email Outreach
• Help draft and send cold email campaigns using Gmail or Instantly.ai
• Monitor replies, open rates, and follow-up opportunities

Admin & Reporting
• Keep CRM up to date and clean
• Research leads before appointments
• Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Ad Hoc Support
• Competitor or market research
• Help improve templates, lead trackers, or systems
• Suggest process improvements to streamline sales & marketing

Requirements
• Fluent English speaker (with clear voice and confident tone)
• Expert-level cold calling experience (minimum 1 year)
• Must be experienced with Notion
• Must be able to generate your own B2B leads without hand-holding
• Experience with CRMs, Google Sheets, and basic marketing tools
• Reliable internet connection (and power backup)
• Positive attitude, coachable, and organized
