We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO with Project Management Duties—a proactive professional who can manage the CEO’s schedule, client communications, and projects with precision.
Role Overview
You will be the CEO’s right hand: organizing his calendar, preparing him for client meetings, ensuring client communications are timely, and managing projects from initiation to completion. Nothing should fall through the cracks under your watch.
Key Responsibilities
• Prioritize and manage client emails.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings by gathering materials and coordinating with the team.
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Send thank-you emails when clients confirm trips.
• Track and follow up on all tasks.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct research to support executive decisions.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, CRM, and project management tools.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
• Ability to work undisturbed for 8 hours per day.
• PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred: At least 2 years in a BPO/contact center leadership role (e.g., Accenture) handling escalations, managing KPIs, and leading teams.
Must have: Prior EA experience supporting a CEO or C-level in a structured company or corporate environment (not just startups or two-person online businesses).
Culture & Style
• Client-centric, trustworthy, accountable, and creative.
• Thrives under high standards of excellence.
• CEO leadership: directive but hands-off. Expects independence, ownership, and anticipation of needs.
To Apply
Please send:
1. Your updated resume.
2. Two work samples (reports, presentations, or projects you’ve managed).
3. A 3-minute smartphone video where you:
• Introduce yourself.
• Explain why you are a strong fit for this role compared with the job description.
