Graphic Designer (NCR based)

About the Role

Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with genuine artistic talent—someone whose creativity and visual identity stand out from a mile away. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Photoshop and other design tools, and brings a refined, professional aesthetic to every project. Experience working in a creative or marketing agency is a strong plus.

This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates well with teams, and consistently produces high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital and print
• Develop creative concepts and execute designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership teams to support campaigns
• Edit, retouch, and enhance graphics, photos, and other visual materials
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines with accuracy
• Contribute fresh ideas, artistic direction, and creative problem-solving

Requirements

Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and GAAP compliance.
• Proven experience in month-end and year-end closing.
• Proficiency in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and GL management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Preferred but not required: Experience using Beanworks, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or QuickBooks Online.
