🎯 Here’s the opportunity:

We’re looking for a high-output short-form editor to help scale AOM’s presence across organic channels. You’ll be taking rough cuts, stories, and talking-head footage — and turning them into native, scroll-stopping videos for Reels, TikTok, and YT Shorts.

You’ll work closely with the Lead Storyteller to make sure the voice, pacing, and polish match the AOM brand.

You’ll be responsible for a mix of channels – AOM and the founders’.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Edit 7–10 videos per week for organic social
• Apply creative direction from our Lead Storyteller
• Implement hooks, pacing, memes, and overlays that fit the platform
• Iterate based on feedback + performance data

• Completion + share rate
• Follower + engagement growth on organic channels

💼 Key Responsibilities

1. Editing for Organic Growth
   • Produce platform-native short-form videos (7–60 sec)
   • Use subtitles, overlays, and music that match the AOM vibe
2. Collaboration + Feedback
   • Work with Lead Storyteller to follow briefs + direction
   • Improve based on content performance (we’ll give you insights)

3. Creative Exploration

   • Pitch new hooks, formats, and trends

   • Add your own flair where it makes sense
