Virtual Assistant with Google Ads Experience for Digital Ad Agency
Full-Time | $4/hour | Long-Term | Weekdays Only | UK Timezone (9am–5pm)

We are a growing digital advertising agency specialising in Meta and Google Ads, serving clients both directly and through Fiverr. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help keep our operations and client communication running smoothly.

Role Overview
You’ll support both internal and client-facing tasks, ensuring we deliver high-quality service consistently. Your main focus will be on client messaging, task coordination, and administrative support.

Working Hours
Full-time: 8 hours/day

Must be available Monday to Friday, between 8am–5pm UK time

Your Responsibilities
Reply to enquiries and customer messages on Fiverr

Coordinate internal tasks with our team to ensure smooth project delivery via Slack

Be available for internal calls to discuss updates or tasks

Monitor and manage tickets in Notion

Sanity check Google Ads campaigns before delivering the campaign to the customer

Organise and maintain Google Drive folders and documents

Use tools like ChatGPT and Grammarly (accounts provided) to maintain a high standard of communication

Prioritise fast and professional response times to Fiverr messages

What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English – This is our #1 priority

Knowledge or exposure to Google Ads - This is our #2 priority

Ideally familiar with Google Drive, Notion, Slack, or Fiverr (training provided)

Comfortable learning new tools and systems

Highly organised, proactive, and communicative
