LOOKING FOR A YOUTUBE LONG FORM EDITOR (horizontal more than 5 minute edits). $100 per long form video. Average about 4-5 a week. (depending on complexity). If any shorts are requested, the cost will be $10 per short.

--Employment Expectations for the Editor Position--

Our editors are full-time temporary or permanent contractors. If you proceed to the trial period, you will agree to the following:

** Commitment to a Standard Workweek
A standard 40-hour workweek.

** Remote Office Hours
You are expected to maintain a "remote office hours" schedule, being at your workstation and responsive to messages during standard office hours (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST, GMT -6). Adjustments to your work hours may be considered after the trial period.

**Deadlines
Meet or beat deadlines given. Generally 24-48 hours for long form videos. Same day for shorts.

** Same-Day Turnaround for Revisions
Handling same-day revision turnaround requests during your "remote office hours."

** 30-Day Trial Period
Successfully complete a 30-day trial period by creating and submitting approved longs at $100 and shorts at $10 per approved video.

Post-Trial Period
** Upon successful completion of the trial, you will sign a permanent agreement as a full-time editor, continuing at longs at $100 and shorts at $10 per approved video.
