We're Hiring: Thumbnail Designer (Freelance)

We're seeking a creative and strategic Thumbnail Designer who can craft scroll-stopping visuals for our YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels, TikToks). Your designs will play a pivotal role in capturing attention, conveying our brand's message, and driving engagement across platforms.​
 

What You'll Design:

• Bold, branded, and highly clickable YouTube thumbnails
• Visually compelling Reels and TikTok covers that resonate on both feeds and grids
• Graphics featuring strong text overlays, strategic facial expressions, and on-brand color palettes​
   

You're a Fit If You:

• Have experience designing thumbnails for YouTube and/or short-form platforms
• Understand how to create visuals that are both attention-grabbing and on-brand
• Can effectively pair imagery, text, and layout to enhance viewer retention and engagement
• Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific best practices
