We help coaches, consultants, and service businesses generate ready-to-buy leads using our signature StorySell System™ — a method that transforms short-form video into a full-blown lead-gen machine.

We’re growing fast and need a high-level editor who knows how to cut with purpose, pace, and punch.

What You'll Be Doing

Edit 20–30 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)

Execute our StorySell System using clear briefs and raw footage

Add subtitles, motion graphics, and sound design that slaps

Maintain high quality + fast turnaround (we move fast)

Communicate clearly using Slack, Frame.io, Loom

Take feedback like a pro and level up fast


Must-Haves

4+ years editing in Premiere Pro

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Strong storytelling, pacing, and hook instincts

Able to create 1 high-converting reel in less than 1 hr

Access to high-speed internet and a machine that can handle 4K proxies, motion graphics, and fast renders

Familiar with IG Reels, TikToks, Shorts formats

Bonus: Experience editing for coaches or personal brands

What You Get

$1,200–$1,800 AUD/month base pay

Paid trial project before onboarding
