Are you an experienced PayPal Disputes Agent with a background in Shopify? Do you have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service? If so, we want you on our team.

GT Ecom BV is an innovative eCommerce company looking for two highly motivated PayPal Disputes Agents to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving PayPal disputes efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, manage, and respond to PayPal disputes, chargebacks, and claims in a timely and professional manner
• Investigate cases thoroughly by gathering evidence such as order details, tracking information, and customer communication records
• Prepare and submit strong, well-documented responses to PayPal to improve dispute resolution outcomes
• Work closely with the customer service team to address underlying issues that lead to disputes and suggest proactive solutions
• Maintain accurate records of dispute cases, resolutions, and trends to improve overall dispute management processes
• Stay up-to-date with PayPal dispute policies, Shopify order management best practices, and industry regulations
• Communicate professionally with customers when necessary to ensure a positive brand reputation
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in PayPal dispute resolution – Previous hands-on experience handling chargebacks and claims
• Shopify knowledge – Familiarity with Shopify’s order management system and retrieving transaction details
• Strong analytical skills – Ability to assess cases logically and present well-structured responses
• Excellent communication – Professional, clear, and persuasive written and verbal English skills
• Attention to detail – Ability to spot patterns, inconsistencies, and errors in dispute handling
• Self-motivated and reliable – Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines
• Customer-focused approach – Ability to provide excellent service while protecting the company’s interests
