Now, we’re hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Expert (40 hours/week) to scale our brand on TikTok Shop — someone who can manage campaigns end-to-end, work with influencers, and turn our products into bestsellers.

🔹 Your Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute strategies to maximize TikTok Shop sales
✅ Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok influencers who fit our brand
✅ Negotiate fair deals and prepare contracts with influencers
✅ Provide influencers with clear creative directions for product videos
✅ Monitor campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and scale successful ads
✅ Use analytics and tools to track sales, conversions, and ROI
✅ Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to generate ad concepts
✅ Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and new growth opportunities

✔️ TikTok Shop Expertise – You’ve managed and scaled TikTok Shop campaigns before
