About Us

Hi, I’m Eric Muñoz, founder of Ruah Creative House in New Jersey. We create video content for ministries and coaches that blends creativity, story, and purpose. Our work spans short-form reels, long-form YouTube, cinematic edits, training content, and more.

We are growing quickly, and we’re looking for editors who want long-term stability, growth, and purpose-driven work.

Job Structure

Probation Period (Paid): 2 weeks part-time (20 hrs/week). This is where we test communication, reliability, and skill.

Full-Time Role: If probation is successful = 40 hrs/week, 8-hour days.

Pay Range: ?30,000 – ?40,000 PHP monthly (bi-weekly via Wise).

Job Responsibilities

Transform raw footage into engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Edit long-form content (YouTube, trainings, cinematic projects).
Follow creative direction and brand guidelines while adding your own creative flair.
Organize sessions, files, and archives for smooth handoffs between editors.
Maintain a high level of quality control (spelling, captions, pacing, storytelling).
Export, upload, and update progress daily in Motion & Google Drive.
Collaborate with other editors and communicate actively with the team.

Must Haves (Non-Negotiable)

Stable power and internet (250+ Mbps).
Backup plan for outages (mobile hotspot, etc.).
Editing laptop: Apple Silicon, i7/Ryzen 7 or better, 16GB RAM, dedicated GPU, 1TB+ storage.
Fluent in English and familiar with American culture.
Edit in Premiere Pro + Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Daily check-in/out messages (template provided).

Notify before your shift if you cannot work. Unannounced no-show can lead to your contract being ended.
Detail-oriented mindset, follow naming conventions, file structures, and Motion updates.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Motion (task/project management).
Experience with Insync for Drive syncing.
Knowledge of different reel styles (trendy, captions, Hormozi, cinematic).
