Salary: $1,350 – $2,000 USD/month (depending on experience)

Work Hours: Night shift (9 PM – 6 AM PHT) with daily calls

About the Role

Boostit.ai is looking for a Senior Scriptwriter to create short-form video scripts for TikTok and Meta ads that sell, entertain, and go viral. This role requires someone who understands consumer psychology, hooks, and storytelling — and who can use AI tools to scale creative output.

Responsibilities

Write short-form ad scripts (15–60s) for TikTok Shop, Meta ads, and organic TikToks
Create hooks that grab attention in 3 seconds
Suggest B-roll and visual ideas to complement scripts
Adapt scripts based on client feedback and revisions
Use AI tools and prompt frameworks to improve efficiency and output
Analyze why ads go viral and apply learnings to new scripts
Work across different industries, quickly understanding ICPs and product differentiators
Collaborate closely with media buyers, editors, and designers

Qualifications
4–6+ years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or advertising
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion
Obsessed with ads — you study why TikToks/ads perform
Skilled at AI prompting (building reusable frameworks)


(Preferred) Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications (not mandatory)
(Preferred) Experience with Meta or TikTok media buying
