🎬 About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time AI Content Creator whose sole responsibility is to produce raw AI-generated content. You will not edit final videos - your job is to generate, experiment, and deliver  high-quality raw assets for our creative team.

You will work closely with our Creative Strategist, Video Editor, and Image Designer to ensure we always have a fresh pipeline of new concepts and visuals to test.

🔹 Your Responsibilities

Content Creation (Primary Task)

✅ Generate AI videos using tools like Sora, Runway, and Pika
✅ Create AI B-roll, product demos, and lifestyle scenes
✅ Produce realistic or stylized UGC-style video clips
✅ Generate images, photoshoots, and product imagery using Midjourney or similar tools
✅ Deliver raw assets based on simple briefs and creative directions
✅ Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback

Collaboration & Workflow

✅ Work with the creative team to ensure concepts align with brand identity
✅ Stay up to date on AI content trends, new tools, and visual styles
✅ Maintain organized asset folders and deliver files in usable formats
✅ Continuously experiment with new prompts, styles, and visual approaches

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience generating AI content using tools like:
– Sora, RunwayML, Pika Labs
– Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI
✔️ Strong visual intuition - you know what looks premium and what does not
✔️ Ability to take simple briefs and execute fast
✔️ Creativity and willingness to experiment
✔️ Good understanding of ad creatives, storytelling, and UGC styles (big plus)
✔️ Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
✔️ Familiarity with DTC ecommerce is a plus, especially in fitness or fashion
