What We Are Looking For
We are hiring a Creative Specialist (Graphic Designer & Video Editor) to produce high-impact ad creatives and brand assets for both our clients and our own agency. If you’re innovative, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you.

- Mid-shift schedule:
4 PM–1 AM Manila time (non-DST)
5 PM–2 AM Manila time (DST)

Qualifications
-We’re looking for someone with:
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
-Creativity and innovation in producing impactful designs that communicate clearly
-Relevant experience in graphic design and video editing for social media & web content (TOF, MOF, BOF campaigns)
-Keen attention to detail and consistency
-Proven track record of being goal-oriented and exceeding expectations
-Strong ability to deliver timely, high-quality projects
-Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
-Ability to work independently, stay organized, and multitask with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
-As our Creative Specialist, you will:
*Be the resident Visual Content Creator for 7FSMP
*Produce impactful, eye-catching ad creatives for Google and Meta campaigns
* Create design layouts, branding kits, and templates
* Generate conceptual designs and videos for 7FSMP’s own marketing
* Edit and manipulate images/videos to meet design requirements
- Maintain and update clients’ and company branding guidelines
- Ensure visual identity consistency across marketing platforms
- Stay current with digital technology and creative trends
- Learn how our digital tools add value to company strategy and performance

You Should Not Apply If
