That’s where you come in as our graphic design assistant and Adobe illustrator specialist.

As a member of our creative design team, you will handle complex creative tasks and work on high-priority assignments, collaborating closely with leadership to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Your work will play a key role in maintaining our visual standards, supporting product launches, and enhancing our storefronts across various platforms.

What does success look like?

Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality, error-free designs that elevate Hadley Designs’ brand presence and resonate with our customers. You will maintain and enhance our creative images on our storefronts across platforms including Amazon, TikTokShop, Walmart, Shein, Shopify, etc, ensuring they reflect our brand identity and meet current trends. By meeting deadlines, collaborating effectively, and supporting urgent creative needs, your work will play a key role in driving the success of our product launches and ad campaigns.

Primary Objectives
- Create A+ Content & Theme Pages for Amazon.com: Design visually appealing and brand-aligned A+ content.
- Oversee Storefront Updates: Regularly update the home and category pages across Shein, Shopify, and Amazon, ensuring accuracy and alignment with branding.
- Custom Brand Image Ads: Develop creative and engaging ad images tailored to campaigns.

Requirements
Key Skills – What behavioral traits, attitudes, and skills are required?

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (including CMYK file handling).
- Ability to create high-quality visuals with minimal revisions.
- Effective communication skills for clarifying project requirements and implementing feedback.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Role Requirements: Experience, Training, and Education – 2+ years of professional experience in artwork and design, particularly in creating marketing and product-related assets.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience working with BOX or similar project management tools.
- Knowledge of CMYK color management and preparing files for print.
