Position Overview

We are seeking Remote Cold Callers based in the Philippines to join our outbound sales team. In this role, you will contact potential clients, introduce Cybernerds’ services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven opportunity with strong earning potential, professional growth, and long-term career prospects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls using provided scripts
• Identify and engage decision-makers at small to mid-sized businesses
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records and update lead statuses in the CRM

• Follow up with warm leads and manage scheduled callbacks

  
   

Compensation & Incentives

• Php 18,000/month base salary (with potential increase after 3 months for strong performers)
• Php 500 commission per booked appointment (no cap)
• Php 12,000 monthly performance bonus for meeting targets
• Php 30,000 quarterly bonus for high achievers

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections confidently
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
