YouTube & Podcast Content Manager

We are 37 Projects, a fast-growing YouTube Video Marketing Agency that helps health and wellness brands maximize their reach through high-quality video content, Shorts, and podcast marketing. We’re looking for a YouTube & Podcast Content Manager who can analyze long-form podcasts, craft compelling YouTube Shorts & Clips, and ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand voice and audience engagement strategies.

 

Responsibilities

1. Content Consumption & Analysis

• Watch hour-long video podcasts on health, fitness, and nutrition topics
• Develop a deep understanding of each podcast’s themes to identify the best storytelling angles for YouTube content

2. Show Notes & Timestamps

• Create precise timestamps and detailed show notes for each episode to improve discoverability and audience engagement

3. YouTube Shorts & Clip Creation (Not Editing)

• Identify high-impact moments in long-form podcasts that can be repurposed into engaging Shorts and Clips
• Select the best segments for compelling intros that hook viewers within the first few seconds
• Determine optimal placement of Shorts and Clips to enhance storytelling and maximize retention rates

4. Headline & Description Crafting

• Write SEO-optimized, engaging headlines and descriptions that attract clicks and boost YouTube visibility

5. Content Strategy

• Ensure all clips, Shorts, and intros follow the client’s brand voice and YouTube best practices
  
   

Requirements

1. Availability & Commitment

• Full-time remote position – no other job commitments to ensure focus
• Must have a high-performance laptop/computer and stable internet

2. Experience & Education

• Proven experience in video editing or podcast production (video/audio)
• Graduates in Communication, Multimedia, or Video Production are highly preferred
• Experience in YouTube content creation (Shorts, Clips, long-form podcasts) – a bonus

3. Skills & Tools

• SEO writing experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
• Proficiency in:
  • Slack
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Notion
  • AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
  • YouTube SEO tools (VidIQ, SEMrush) – a bonus

4. Strong storytelling ability

• Ability to identify and structure the most compelling moments in videos

5. Preferred Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of health, fitness, and nutrition topics (to select key moments effectively)
• Creative mindset with the ability to suggest innovative content formats & strategies
