Operations Analyst

About the company:

Our client is a startup video editing agency based in US. And they're currently looking for an Operations Analyst who will work on the systems and processes of the company.

General Job Responsibilities:

The primary focus of the Operations Analyst role will be to analyze operational processes, develop system processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a solid understanding of operational workflows. Additionally, excellent communication and coordination abilities are essential for effective collaboration across the team.

Experience working in a startup digital agency or video editing company is a plus.

Experience

2-3 years equivalent work experience in operations analysis or a related role is a must.

Previous experience with process optimization, data analysis, and project management is highly desirable.

Candidate must have hands on experience with wide range of tools specifically in statistical tools and automation tools.

Working Conditions

Full time

Fully remote - the equipment will not be provided by the client.

Night shift [required to work overtime from time to time]
