Are you an experienced Shopify Order Fulfillment Virtual Assistant with a background in e-commerce and dropshipping? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring smooth order processing? If so, we want you on our team.
 

GT Ecom BV is an innovative eCommerce company looking for Shopify Order Fulfillment Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing while coordinating with suppliers and customers to provide an excellent shopping experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately using Shopify
• Communicate with suppliers and fulfillment centers to confirm stock availability and shipping timelines
• Track shipments and proactively update customers on order statuses
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and refunds as necessary
• Ensure timely order processing to prevent delays and disputes
• Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve fulfillment-related issues
• Maintain organized records of order statuses, supplier interactions, and fulfillment metrics
• Identify potential fulfillment issues and take proactive measures to prevent them
   

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Shopify order fulfillment – Strong understanding of Shopify’s backend and order processing features
• Dropshipping expertise – Experience working with suppliers, third-party fulfillment services, and international shipping logistics
• Strong attention to detail – Ability to accurately process orders and identify potential errors
• Excellent communication skills – Ability to professionally coordinate with suppliers and handle customer inquiries
• Problem-solving mindset – Ability to identify fulfillment bottlenecks and suggest improvements
• Reliable and self-motivated – Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
