GT Ecom BV is looking for a dedicated Email Customer Service Agent to help manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
• Handle order-related concerns such as tracking updates, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive brand image
• Utilize Gorgias or Zendesk to manage and organize customer support tickets efficiently
• Work within Shopify to check order details, process refunds, and update customer information
• Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to resolve shipping-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and report common issues for process improvement
   

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Customer Service Agent for an eCommerce company, specifically in dropshipping
• Proficiency in Gorgias or Zendesk – Ability to manage and prioritize support tickets effectively
• Experience with Shopify – Familiarity with order management, refunds, and tracking updates
• Strong written communication skills – Ability to provide clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customers
• Problem-solving skills – Ability to handle customer concerns efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
• Reliable and adaptable – Comfortable working a shifting schedule in a fast-paced environment
