Role Overview
We’re looking for a B2B Outreach Expert who knows how to:
- Identify high-value prospects
- Start real business conversations
- Book qualified discovery calls
You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold email, LinkedIn, and creative outbound strategies—focused specifically on health brands, wellness tech companies, and founders who run podcasts or YouTube channels.
You’re a Fit If You
- Have perfect written and spoken English
- Are confident reaching out to US, UK, European, or Australian professionals
- Have 2+ years of B2B outreach or lead gen experience (agency or startup preferred)
- Know how to personalize outreach at scale
- Are self-managed, results-oriented, and resourceful
- Bonus: Familiar with the health/wellness space or content marketing
What You'll Do
- Research, identify, and contact decision-makers in health/wellness businesses
- Send strategic cold emails, DMs, and LinkedIn messages
- Book qualified discovery calls for the CEO/sales team
- Maintain clean lead lists and track performance
- Optimize outreach based on results
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in the agency or creator economy space
- Have worked with wellness, supplement, or health tech brands
- Understand YouTube, podcasts, and video marketing
Details
- Remote, flexible hours
- Part-time to start (10–15 hours/week), with room to grow
- Competitive pay + bonuses for booked qualified leads
Compensation (Remote, PHP-Based)
Option 1 – Base + Performance (Recommended)
- ₱20,000–₱30,000/month fixed base
- 5% commission on each closed deal (based on first invoice value)
Option 2 – Commission-Only (Performance-Based)
- ₱1,500–₱2,000 per qualified meeting
- 10% commission on each closed client (first invoice value)
