SEO Manager – Multi-Site Optimization & Content Creation

We are a fast-growing portfolio of companies seeking a results-driven SEO Manager to oversee the search engine optimization strategies for multiple websites. You will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving traffic, and creating engaging content that converts. This role blends technical expertise, creative content writing, and strategic offsite outreach.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement onsite and offsite SEO strategies across multiple company websites.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website structure, meta tags, headings, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships, and digital PR.
Write and publish SEO-friendly blog articles on a consistent schedule.
Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay current on search engine algorithm updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience working with SEO
At least 3 years as an SEO Manager of one or more sites
Strong understanding of onsite SEO (technical optimization, keyword targeting, content structure).
Proven track record in offsite SEO (link building, guest posting, outreach campaigns).
Excellent blog writing and content creation skills.
Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
