We’re HNT Media GmbH, a performance marketing agency specializing in the home & living sector.With Bauheimat.de, we run one of the most exciting content-driven platforms in Germany – turning real renovation stories into high-converting lead generation funnels using paid media, creators, and smart tech.

We run ads with our own money, work directly with creators, and are radically efficient. Now we’re looking for someone to build our automation backbone and lead our AI-integrated operations.

Your Mission

You will be our automation architect and systems operator, bringing together APIs, AI tools, and Make.com to build smart, scalable workflows across our business. Your job is to turn chaos into clarity, reduce manual work, and create systems that allow our company to grow faster.

What You’ll Build & Run

Scalable automations using Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, and more

API-based integrations between our tools, lead funnels, content databases, and reporting systems

AI-enhanced processes using GPT, vision models, data enrichment tools, and classifiers

A system to scrape, review, and qualify home projects (Pinterest, Houzz, Instagram) via API & AI

Auto-tagging, auto-sorting and ranking of content for our newsletter and ad creation pipelines

Smart dashboards that bring transparency and speed into decision-making

Webflow page designs and landing page funnels for lead generation or recruitment campaigns

You’re a Great Fit If You...

Have deep experience with APIs and workflow automation platforms like Make.com

Have used GPT or other AI models in real workflows (e.g., classification, enrichment, generation)

Can quickly understand complex systems and build logical, scalable flows

Are obsessed with clean documentation and process optimization

Take ownership, spot inefficiencies, and build better solutions without being asked

Communicate clearly, follow through, and ship finished systems

Bonus: Have experience with Webflow, funnel building, visual web automation or design

Bonus: Have experience with web scraping, data structuring, or visual AI (OpenAI, Replicate, etc.)
