Position: Virtual Assistant for High-Ticket Sales DM Flow

About the Role:
I’m Alex, the founder of Achilles Accelerator, a fitness coaching brand helping men achieve a Greek God physique in just 90 days. I’m looking for a driven and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to implement and manage a proven DM Sales Flow that converts warm leads into high-ticket coaching clients and drives interest in my Achilles Training Grounds community.

If you have experience with high-ticket sales and DM outreach, this role could be for you.What You’ll Do:
1. Execute My Proven DM Sales Flow:
• Send scripted initial DMs to potential leads and warm contacts engaging with my X and Instagram content.

• Use the provided messaging scripts to guide conversations and build rapport with leads.
• Share my program details and handle common objections professionally.
 

2. Upsell to Coaching and Community Memberships:
• Convert coaching leads to my Achilles Accelerator 90-Day Blueprint for £950-£2500.
• Offer $30/month memberships to the Achilles Training Grounds Discord community.

3. Lead Follow-Ups:
• Maintain and follow up with leads who’ve shown interest using pre-approved re-engagement messages.
• Track and document all outreach and conversations for accountability.
 

4. Report Metrics Weekly:
• Track leads, responses, bookings, and conversions.
• Provide regular updates on the number of DMs sent, response rates, and booked calls. 

Who You Are:
• Experienced in High-Ticket Sales:
You know how to navigate objections and communicate with prospects confidently.
• Efficient and Organized:
You’ll handle lead lists, track DM activity, and keep conversations moving.
• Familiar with Fitness/Coaching Niches (Preferred):
Understanding the mindset of fitness-focused men aged 25-35 is a huge plus.
• Great Communicator:
You’ll represent the Achilles brand, speaking confidently in the tone and style of my messaging.
