Cebu-based Operations Assistant

Job Title: Operations Assistant (Entry-Level to Intermediate)
Location: Cebu City (Work In-Person with Operations Manager)
Shift: Graveyard Shift (10 PM – 6 AM PH Time)
Employment: Part-Time or Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager in driving daily operational success. This role is perfect for someone with a digital marketing background who is organized, resourceful, and ready to work the graveyard shift. You will be working closely with the Operations Manager onsite in Cebu City, helping manage tasks, projects, and communications to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily operational tasks and project management
Support digital marketing initiatives and apply basic SEO principles
Organize, update, and track progress using ClickUp
Manage and create documents and spreadsheets with Google Docs and Sheets
Communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal)
Work independently to figure out task priorities and solutions
Think outside the box to improve processes and solve problems
Work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
Background in digital marketing 
Above-average English communication skills (both written and spoken)
Proficiency in ClickUp for task and project management
Expert user of Google Docs and Google Sheets
Ability to work graveyard shift (10 PM – 6 AM PH Time)
Open to part-time or full-time work arrangements
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Calm and effective under pressure
Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and solutions
