The Chief of Staff will be an entrepreneurial, high-potential, analytical generalist who is immensely curious and brings an extreme degree of discretion and professionalism to their work. In addition, S/he should be passionate about solving problems, creating order out of chaos, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals. This role will support the CEO directly across management, strategy and operations responsibilities. The day-to-day will be a balance between strategic brainstorming, project management, process building, coordination, and execution.
As Chief of Staff, you will provide excellence by:
Administration
Manage CEOís complex calendar across multiple time zones, including making appointments, sending reminders, and promptly resolving conflicts and last-minute changes
Schedule meetings with both internal and external stakeholders (candidates, investors, board members), accommodating diverse needs and variables
Serve as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to CEOís schedule
Coordinate logistics (remotely) for both virtual and in-person meetings (provide Zoom links using GoogleCal, share on-site location details when needed)
Work closely and proactively with the CEO to understand priorities and ensure smooth operations
Keep CEO informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executiveís behalf
Reply to emails and Slacks daily and answering the questions regularly.
Complete a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the executiveís ability to effectively lead the organization
Meeting & Event Preparation
Create invites and maintain a list of contacts
Contact vendors if needed
Help plan and manage happy hours, dinners, and company retreats, including researching locations and pricing.
Office Management
Order business cards, company swag, printed materials, and office supplies as needed.
Expected Work Hours and Time Zone
You are expected to work 40 hours per week Mondays to Fridays, with fixed weekends off. You will be strictly following US business hours.

You are a confident and excellent communicator who is not afraid to ask questions, share ideas and express suggestions for the continued success of the organization.
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
At least 10 years of experience as a Chief of Staff in the professional services industry
5+ years of proven experience supporting a C-level executive (or CEO)
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced deadline-oriented virtual business environment.
Excellent skills with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs), Slack, and Zoom
Exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form
Strong ability to multi-task and adapt to changes as priorities pivot
Program planning and implementation skills
Excellent problem-solving skills; always looking for ways to improve
Incredible attitude ñ no task is too large or too small; tenacious
Tech-savvy with ability to learn new tools quickly
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
