About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage SMS messaging campaigns, respond to leads, qualify service inquiries, and keep our CRM system updated. You will play a crucial role in how we interact with potential customers on behalf of our clients, making sure no lead is missed and conversations are handled professionally and promptly.

This is a full-time, fixed-schedule position with consistent daily responsibilities, and you'll follow clear SOPs using tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, and ChatGPT.
 

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Log into GoHighLevel daily and review all active client accounts
• Verify SMS automations are running as scheduled using the bulk actions and conversations tabs
• Filter out negative or irrelevant SMS replies and mark them as read
• Use ChatGPT and predefined SOPs to reply to interested leads in a natural, human tone
• Qualify leads by asking appropriate questions based on the service requested
• Check if a lead’s request matches the services offered by the assigned client using Airtable
• Update opportunity stages in GoHighLevel (Replied → Lead → Qualified Lead)
• Enter qualified lead information into Airtable, including pricing based on service scope
• Pause automations when daily lead quota is met for a client (usually 1 per day)
• Cycle through all active accounts continuously throughout the day to catch new messages quickly

Requirements:

• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Availability to work 9am–5pm EST (New York time), 7 days/week
• Quiet and reliable workspace with fast internet
• Experience with GoHighLevel or CRMs is a plus, but not required
• You must be able to follow instructions and SOPs precisely
• Must be comfortable messaging leads on behalf of other people/brands
