Technology Assistant – Marketing & Web Tracking Specialist

Results Digital is hiring a full-time Technology Assistant to support our SEO, Google Ads, and Website departments.

🔧 The Role

You will work directly with the CEO, our digital marketing manager, and our website manager to implement and manage tracking, automation, and technical integrations across our marketing stack. This is a highly technical role ideal for someone who enjoys systems, data, and backend configurations.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Master our GoHighLevel CRM: forms, surveys, automations, pipeline logic, and phone numbers
• Integrate tracking code into landing pages in GoHighLevel and WordPress
• Implement and troubleshoot micro-conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and AnyTrack
• Sync conversion data with Google Ads
• Install and verify Google Tag Manager on client websites
• Use Zapier and APIs to automate tasks and route lead data
• Collaborate with our SEO and Web Dev team to ensure all lead-tracking and form flow systems work correctly
• Maintain and update head/body code snippets in WordPress

💡 Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years in a technical digital marketing role
• Proficient in GoHighLevel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Ads conversion tracking
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and WordPress
• Experienced with Zapier and automation tools
• Knows how to QA/test conversions across platforms
• Speaks and writes English clearly
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

💵 Compensation

• $800 – $1,200/month USD (based on experience)
