Technical Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel & Voice AI)

We’re looking for a high-level, full-time Virtual Assistant who is an expert in GoHighLevel, automation tools like Zapier, and voice AI systems. Our fast-growing agency helps home service businesses grow through cutting-edge AI and automation — and we need someone who thrives on building and managing backend systems.

Role & Responsibilities:
AI & Automation Management
- Set up and monitor voice AI agents for inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain and troubleshoot workflows (GoHighLevel + voice AI integrations)
- Create and manage automations using Zapier, webhooks, and APIs
- Ensure call flow quality and accuracy

GoHighLevel Management
- Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and pipelines
- Set up new accounts and manage client onboarding
- Oversee lead follow-up sequences
- Build outbound campaigns (SMS, email, voicemail drops)

Technical Support & Client Systems
- QA and test all automations regularly
- Monitor AI assistant call quality and performance
- Troubleshoot client system issues quickly and efficiently
- Communicate with clients

Bonus Responsibilities (Nice to Have)
- Facebook & Instagram Ads campaign setup
- Google LSA setup & monitoring
- Social media content management using Canva or similar tools

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with voice AI systems (Conversational AI / AI phone agents)
- Advanced GoHighLevel experience (you will be tested)
- Zapier and webhook knowledge required
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and QA skills
- Self-starter with strong time management
- Excellent English communication (written + spoken)
- Reliable internet + backup preferred
- Looking for long-term, stable remote work

Compensation:
$1,408-$1,760/month USD to start, depending on experience

40 hours/week with raise + bonus after 90-day review
