About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and creatively driven Marketing Automation Consultant to build and scale AI-powered workflows that streamline our marketing campaigns from product input to published content.

In this role, you’ll design and manage end-to-end marketing automation using tools like n8n, Relay.app, SmartReach, Apify, and AI. You'll be working closely with our marketing and content teams to deploy autonomous workflows that generate ads, manage cold outreach, and personalize customer journeys at scale.

You’ll essentially be our internal “AI systems builder” — turning ideas into automated workflows that save time and drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain AI-driven marketing automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Relay.app, and similar tools.
• Develop AI agents to handle:
  • Content repurposing
  • Cold email outreach (SmartReach, SmartLead)
  • Lead Generation
  • Lead scoring
  • Campaign execution and performance tracking
• Set up integrations across Airtable, Slack, GPT-based tools, and external APIs to ensure seamless data flow and trigger logic.
• Create self-sufficient workflows that:
  • Take product URLs and generate ad copy, creative prompts, and custom images
  • Organize campaign assets into Airtable or similar CRMs
  • Handle follow-up sequences with warm-up and inbox management
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to convert campaign goals into repeatable automation blueprints.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and document all workflows and systems you build.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, growth engineering, or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of n8n, Relay.app, or comparable workflow automation platforms
• Experience working with AI tools like GPT, Claude (Anthropic), Perplexity, or similar LLMs
• Experience working with scraping tools like Apify
• Familiarity with cold outreach tools like SmartReach, SmartLead, Apollo, and email warm-up tools 
• A background in no-code/low-code systems, with the ability to quickly test and launch working automations
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and structured data formats
• Ability to operate autonomously, build MVPs fast, and iterate based on feedback
