Tech-Savvy Operations + Automations Assistant (CRM, SOPs, Zapier, Web, SEO, Social, Blogs)

Ascent Operations Group helps small businesses run smoother with systems and automations. I’m looking for a long-term partner to help keep projects organized, data clean, and workflows humming. Part-time to start, with room to grow to full-time and bonus eligibility from day 1.

This role is operations + automation first. Marketing tasks are light and occasional.

What you’ll work on
CRM care (HubSpot/ActiveCampaign): tidy data, simple segments/lists, follow-up prep.

Zapier: build/test automations, handle errors, and note what changed.

Sheets & reporting: pivots, lookups, cleanup, simple dashboards.

SOPs & checklists: turn rough steps into clear, repeatable docs.

Light WordPress upkeep: basic updates and checks (Elementor/plugins).

Occasional: basic on-page checks or scheduling a post from existing content.

Enjoy troubleshooting and documenting fixes.

Communicate clearly in written English and follow through reliably.

Are comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines.

Helpful skills
Zapier (Filters/Paths; Webhooks a plus)

Google Sheets

HubSpot or ActiveCampaign basics

WordPress (Elementor, themes/plugins)

Nice-to-have: Apps Script, API/JSON familiarity, ClickUp/Asana/Trello

Schedule & setup
Some overlap with 8am–4pm Eastern.

High-speed internet (with backup), 2 monitors, 1080p+ webcam, quiet workspace.

Windows 11+ and a password manager (LastPass/1Password/etc.).
