We are seeking a skilled Account Management Specialist (Bankruptcy) with expertise in bankruptcy law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, including drafting pleadings, processing motions, and overseeing the Mortgage Modification Mediation Program process. Key Responsibilities Answering and objecting to Motions for Relief and Motions to Dismiss Amending Chapter 13 plans Overseeing Mortgage Modification Mediation Program process Daily ECF review Drafting pleadings Fee Applications Processing car purchase requests through chapter 13 bankruptcy Student loan requests to Trustee Answering and relaying emails and phone calls from clients. Help with doomsdays on plans and amendments. Skills Needed: Previous experience with US bankruptcy law and US Chapter 13 is a plus Excellent English communication skills Must have experience with legal drafting and filing documents Comfortable communicating with clients in writing and over the phone Excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, team player Comfortable working in a high volume law firm, handling multiple clients simultaneously Dependable and reliable PERKS: ?
