Executive Assistant Associate for Ecommerce Brand Founder

Hey! 

I’m Christian, founder of Skinnify (www.skinnify.co), an e-commerce brand that’s redefining fitness apparel with our best-selling resistance band leggings (www.skinnify.co/products/resistance-band-leggings). With over 120,000 customers and rapid growth across international markets, I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant Associate to support me in managing the fast-paced demands of a growing startup.

This is a part-time role of approximately 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours based on performance. I am looking for someone who can grow with me and potentially work together over the next few years.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing my calendar, travel bookings, and daily priorities
• Coordinating with teams across marketing, ops, product, and suppliers
• Supporting project management, research, and task follow-ups
• Helping me stay organized and focused so I can scale the business faster
• Admin tasks
   

What I'm Looking For:

• You're detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to anticipate needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience supporting founders or senior leaders is a big plus
• Comfortable working remotely
