Sales Support Specialist for Fast-Growing Service Business

We are a fast-growing asphalt maintenance company (we've grown 500% in the last year) specializing in sealcoating, crack repair, line striping, and asphalt repairs. Position Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales process by creating professional estimates, managing client follow-ups, and maintaining our CRM system. This role is crucial in supporting our business growth and ensuring excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed estimates using our specialized software
Utilize our satellite imagery software to measure the parking lots/driveways and use the square footage to build the costs
Incorporate site photos and compile measurements from our team's on-site visit (lengths of cracks, size of potholes, etc.) into the professional proposals that reflect our pricing 
Follow up with potential clients after estimates have been sent
Update and maintain our CRM system with accurate client information and project details
Coordinate with the operations team to schedule site visits from inbound requests / and schedule dates for confirmed jobs
Assist with basic client inquiries related to estimates and services

Requirements:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software
Clear written communication skills in English
Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic understanding of sales processes
3+ hours of availability during US business hours for occasional overlap meetings

Previous experience in a sales support role

Hours: 40 hours / wk - at least 3 hours daily of overlap for live meetings when necessary
Pay Range: $600-$1,000 / mo
