Team Leader

The Team Leader will serve as the subject matter expert of each of the sales team and will assist the Site Director and Head of Sales in achieving their team’s full potential.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coaching & Supervision

• Fulfillment of personal sales target (1st Month)
• Supervise a group of 4–5 sales specialists into achieving/exceeding monthly target
   
• Fulfillment of the group sales target including:
  - Sales Numbers
  - Sales Revenue
  - Sales Conversion Rate (CVR Target TBD)
  - Attendance
  - Quality
• Monitor team productivity
• Conduct huddles with team members as needed
• Listen to 2–3 calls per day to identify gaps and opportunities
• Provide regular 1–1 coaching to each team member including call listening sessions
• Onboard newcomers
• Ensure specialists’ routines are met daily
   

Hiring

• Assist Head of Sales in conducting final interviews
   

Admin

• Manage CRM efficiency including number of active leads and SLA (Speed of Lead Acquisition)
• Provide daily reports or more (depending on requirements) of the team’s performance
• Coordinate inter-department to resolve issues and optimize processes
