Results Digital is a Christian digital marketing agency based in the U.S. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and conversion-focused websites for home service businesses.
We only partner with one company per industry per area, so the leads you help generate go to exclusive, long-term relationships.
We’re now building a new internal sales team and looking for an Appointment Setter to book daily appointments for our sales reps.
This is a full-time remote role focused on daily outbound cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in booking quality appointments for the senior sales rep to pitch and close.
This is not a closing position — your primary job is to dial, qualify, and schedule.
When applying, please include the following:
What candidates need before applying.
You'll need to answer the following questions when applying:
How many cold calls are you currently (or most recently) making per day?
What’s the highest volume of calls you’ve made in a day? What helped you keep that pace?
How do you stay motivated when you're getting rejected all day long?
Which CRMs have you used before? How did you use them to manage your outreach and follow-ups?
Walk me through your daily routine when you're doing cold outreach. How do you start your day?
What type of sales campaigns have you worked on before? Appointment setting or full-cycle sales?
What are your strongest metrics in previous appointment setting roles? (e.g., calls/day, bookings/week, show rate)
Are you comfortable being held to a daily activity and weekly bookings quota?
What’s your personal daily/weekly goal when it comes to appointments booked?
How do you usually learn a new script or process? Do you memorize, role-play, or adjust it to your style?
Have you ever been asked to change your script or approach — and how did you handle it?
If someone says, “I’m not interested,” how do you typically respond?
If a lead says, “We already have someone handling our marketing,” what do you say?
Would you rather make 300 calls/day and let someone else handle the meetings — or handle fewer calls and own the sale end-to-end?
What’s more satisfying to you: hearing “yes” on a booked appointment — or getting into the details of a deal and closing it?
