Facebook Advertiser (Paid Ads Specialist)

Corecup is a new direct-to-consumer brand designed to help people romanticize their daily reset rituals — starting with beautifully designed teacups and drinkware. We’re in the early stages of brand-building and looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to drive customer acquisition with profitable, data-backed campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Strategize, build, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook + Instagram)
• Optimize for conversions, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS)
• A/B test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Collaborate with the founder to align on brand voice and positioning
• Provide weekly reporting with actionable insights

Requirements

• Proven experience running eCommerce Meta ads (preferably for DTC or dropshipping brands)
• Clear understanding of top-of-funnel vs. retargeting strategy
• Comfortable working with small budgets ($500–$1,000/month to start) and scaling efficiently
• Strong creative judgment — knows what hooks and angles perform
• Experience using Shopify and connecting it with Facebook Ads Manager
