We’re looking for a Client Success & Marketing Coordinator—a detail-oriented, people-friendly team member who can keep tasks moving, update clients, and help us stay on top of marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked with a digital agency before, loves being organized, and wants a long-term remote opportunity with a consistent part-time schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Communication & Coordination (60%)

• Be the main contact for 2–5 client accounts (email + meetings)
• Help onboard new clients smoothly with a checklist and welcome message
• Send project updates and follow up on tasks or approvals
• Keep notes organized in HubSpot and track key milestones or renewals
• Join internal or client Zoom calls and take action notes
  
  Marketing Execution Support (40%)
• Schedule and publish social media posts (using scheduling tools or platforms)
• Format and send email newsletters (via HubSpot or Mailchimp)
• Coordinate with our production team (designer, writer) to hit deadlines
• Track simple campaign stats and help organize monthly reports
  
  You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have 2+ years of experience in a marketing support, VA, or client coordination role (agency background is a plus!)
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on Zoom
• Love ticking things off a checklist and keeping things organized
• Are confident using tools like HubSpot, Google Drive, Slack, and ClickUp
• Can work within EST business hours (specific hours negotiable)
  
  Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience formatting marketing emails or working with a CMS
• Have worked with a creative team (designers, copywriters, etc.)
• Can spot ways to improve client satisfaction or retention
  
  Role Details
• Approximately 20 hours/week (flexible, with set hours inside EST business time)
• Paid hourly via Wise, bi-weekly
• Stable, long-term role with a collaborative remote team
