Hubspot Marketing Manager (Remote, Part-Time)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hubspot Manager to join our marketing team at Produce Your Podcast. This is a part-time, remote contract position ideal for individuals with experience in Hubspot and digital marketing tools. You will play a key role in optimizing and managing our Hubspot platform to support marketing campaigns, drive lead generation, and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage marketing automation workflows 
• Know how to set this up: Hubspot Workflows, CTAs, Forms, email workflows, automations, delays, sequences 
• Develop and maintain email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing sequences within Hubspot.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to track campaigns and analyze marketing data and reports through Hubspot.
• Implement strategies for effective lead segmentation and scoring to improve conversion rates.
• Have some overlap in Monday through Friday for meetings/trainings, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (US time zones).
• Create newsletters, copy provided 

Desired Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience managing Hubspot 
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing, email marketing best practices, and lead management.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor using your own equipment.

Engagement & Work Schedule

This is a part-time contractor role . You will use your own laptop and work remotely from the Philippines.

Compensation

Salary will be disclosed in the job posting, offering a competitive rate in line with part-time contractor roles.
