📞 Appointment Setter (Cold Calling | US Hours) – $600/month + Commission
Results Digital is a Christian digital marketing agency based in the U.S. We specialize in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and conversion-focused websites for home service businesses.
We only partner with one company per industry per area, so the leads you help generate go to exclusive, long-term relationships.
We’re now building a new internal sales team and looking for an Appointment Setter to book daily appointments for our sales reps.
🔧 Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role focused on daily outbound cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a key role in booking quality appointments for the senior sales rep to pitch and close.
This is not a closing position — your primary job is to dial, qualify, and schedule.
đź“Ś Responsibilities
- Make 200–300 outbound cold calls per day to local service businesses (like roofing, fire protection, solar).
- Use our CRM (GoHighLevel) to manage contacts, track activity, and organize your pipeline.
- Set 1–3 qualified appointments daily for the ISR and/or agency owner.
- Confirm appointments via phone, email, or SMS and help reduce no-shows.
- Track notes, outcomes, and follow-up tasks inside the CRM.
- Collaborate with your assigned closer to optimize scripts and strategies.
- Adjust your pitch based on call outcomes, objections, and client feedback.

- $600/month base pay
- 1% residual commission on closed accounts you booked — paid monthly as long as the account stays active

- Full-time
- U.S. business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Monday to Friday

- Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
- Strong spoken English (minimum 8/10 confidence rating)
- Excellent at handling objections without getting flustered
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Able to follow a proven process but also think on your feet
- Must be able to work during US business hours

What’s your personal daily/weekly goal when it comes to appointments booked?

Have you ever been asked to change your script or approach — and how did you handle it?
If someone says, “I’m not interested,” how do you typically respond?
If a lead says, “We already have someone handling our marketing,” what do you say?
Would you rather make 300 calls/day and let someone else handle the meetings — or handle fewer calls and own the sale end-to-end?
What’s more satisfying to you: hearing “yes” on a booked appointment — or getting into the details of a deal and closing it?
