**Join a fast-growing real estate investment team!** Real Deal Home Solutions is looking for a highly organized and creative **Marketing Assistant** to support our **Disposition Manager** in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and optimizing property listings. **Key Responsibilities** 
**Marketing & Branding Support** 
Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, including flyers, email templates, and digital content for real estate properties. 
 Design and execute property marketing campaigns targeting cash buyers through **GoHighLevel CRM**.
 Manage and optimize property listings on websites, online platforms, and social media. 
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies. 

Collaborate with external designers, vendors, and marketing partners as needed. 

**Social Media & Content Management** 

Assist in managing and scheduling posts across social media platforms (**Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn**). 
Create engaging content for newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns. 
Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and enhance audience interaction. 
Maintain an organized library of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and property presentations. 

**Property & Buyer Marketing** 
Execute SMS, email, and ringless voicemail campaigns to reach cash buyers efficiently. 
Track campaign engagement and optimize messaging based on performance analytics. 
Coordinate and promote virtual and in-person open house events. 
Support lead nurturing efforts to keep potential buyers engaged and informed. 

**Administrative & CRM Management** 
Assist in managing **GoHighLevel CRM**, ensuring buyer data is up to date and marketing campaigns are automated efficiently. 
Organize and maintain company databases, client contact lists, and project documentation. 
Track marketing performance metrics and generate reports for the executive team. 

**Qualifications** 
**1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing, social media management, or a related field.** 
Experience using **GoHighLevel (REIReply) CRM** or similar marketing automation tools. 
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. 
Familiarity with **email marketing platforms, social media management, and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)**. 
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment. 
Background in **real estate wholesaling, dispositions, or investment marketing is required**.
