Product Operations & Design Coordinator

You finish. I strategise. Together, we ship excellent work.

I don't need another strategist. I need someone who thrives on taking things across the finish line.

I'll provide direction, wireframes, strategic decisions, and client relationships. You'll handle:

• Client operations (formatting updates, organising documentation, light communication)
• Project coordination (JIRA/Linear updates, meeting notes, status tracking)
• Process documentation (creating SOPs, building templates, capturing what works)
• Quality control (making sure nothing ships with typos, broken links, or sloppy formatting)
• Design assistance (helping execute designs in Figma using templates and frameworks)

This is 50% client operations, 30% systems & process, and 20% design assistance. 

Reports to Founder, with potential path to Product & Operations Manager.

This is a contractor agreement, however, I'll be happy to provide certain benefits and paid vacation days.
