𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲
We are looking for a highly organized Remote Construction Project Coordinator to manage the technical and financial administration of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will work off-site to ensure all project documentation—including submittals, schedules, and payment applications—is accurate, updated, and submitted to the General Contractor/Owner on time.

𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
-Coordinate with vendors and field teams digitally to gather, review, and submit technical data and shop drawings via project management software.

𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠
-Maintain and update project itineraries and schedules. Communicate milestone shifts to the field team via video calls or messaging platforms.

𝐒𝐎𝐕 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐬
-Prepare the Schedule of Values (SOV) and monthly Payment Applications (AIA G702/G703). Ensure all digital Lien Waivers and supporting photos/reports are organized for billing.

𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥
-Manage a structured digital filing system (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) to ensure the latest plans and approvals are accessible to the team at all times.

-𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐲: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish preferred).
-𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡-𝐒𝐚𝐯𝐯𝐲: Proficiency in cloud-based construction software (e.g., Procore, Builder trend, or Sage) and advanced Excel.
-𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Proven ability to meet strict billing and submittal deadlines without direct on-site supervision.
