We're Hiring: Experienced Designer – eBooks & Brochure
Remote | Contract-Based | Starts ASAP
Alan Place is seeking a highly experienced designer with a proven portfolio in brochure and eBook design. This is not a junior role – we’re looking for someone who understands layout, structure, and the nuances of commercial storytelling through polished, visually engaging documents.
You’ll be working across high-end property brochures, campaign eBooks, and investor-facing collateral. Each design must meet a clear brief, communicate value, and stay on-brand.
About the Role
You’ll bring structured content to life through Canva – translating strategy and copy into modern, clean and compelling layouts. Designs are often client-facing and require strong attention to consistency, hierarchy, and formatting.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of design experience, specifically in eBooks, brochures, or pitch decks
Fluent English (written and spoken) – you must be able to read and interpret copy independently
Mastery of Canva Pro, especially with brand kits, templates, and advanced formatting tools
Ability to follow structured workflows and design systems
Proven ability to take feedback from both internal and client teams, and action revisions swiftly
Experience working within a CRM or project management tool (or willingness to learn)
Fast, reliable turnaround (most jobs are 24–48 hours)
Strong eye for layout, white space, typography and visual flow
This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants – portfolio examples are required
What candidates need before applying.
