This is a professional role, not for hobbyists. We want ambitious editors who take pride in their craft and are ready to grow with a fast-moving team.


Who I’m looking for

Reliable short-form video editors to repurpose long-form YouTube videos into punchy, engaging clips for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This is a fully remote role, ideal for editors who want stability, growth, and the chance to become a core part of a professional team.

What you’ll be doing:

- Pull 20–60 second highlights from long-form YouTube content
- Add captions (accurate & visually engaging)
- Edit with fast pacing: clean cuts & zooms
- Maintain brand style and consistency
- Deliver each clip within 24 hours of assignment

Requirements:

- Experience editing vertical content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Strong grasp of storytelling, hook creation, and pacing
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro, or similar
- Able to consistently deliver 5+ clips per week
- Excellent communication and reliability with deadlines
- Professional attitude and commitment to high standards
