IT Project Coordinator and Analyst- Jira / Azure DevOps

Project Coordinator – Utility Sector (Contract/Freelance)

I'm currently supporting a project with an electrical utility client and am looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help keep everything organized and on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain clear, structured notes and documentation related to the project
• Create and manage tickets, epics, and roadmaps in Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira
• Assist with project tracking and ensure follow-ups are documented and addressed
• Take meeting notes and help translate discussions into actionable items

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and share updates

   

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira (Azure DevOps strongly preferred)
• Highly organized and proactive
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
